Making Reading a priority before bed encourage children to explore the pleasure of book reading. Before there were distractions ie, cellphones, laptops, (electronics), there was reading before bed every night. Making reading a nightly habit before bedtime helps your brain recognize it's time for sleep. If you read every night before sleeping, your body will take this as a sign that it's time to rest.
